• Acknowledge that you waive your 14-day right to cancel under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations once access is granted

All sales are final once access has been provided.

3.4 Refund Policy

Due to the digital nature of the product:

• Refunds are not available after access has been granted
• Technical access issues will be reasonably investigated and resolved
• Refunds will not be issued for change of mind

Suspicious activity, including simultaneous multi-location logins, may result in suspension or termination without refund.

5. Bookings & Payments

All performance bookings are:

• Subject to availability
• Confirmed via written agreement

To secure a booking date, a non-refundable deposit may be required.
Unless otherwise agreed in writing:
• The remaining balance is due no later than 14 days prior to the event date.
• Failure to make payment may result in cancellation of services.

6. Cancellations

Cancellation terms are outlined within each individual booking agreement.
In general:

• Deposits are non-refundable
• Cancellation fees may apply depending on notice period

If J. Alexander Magic is unable to perform due to Force Majeure (including but not limited to illness, government restrictions, travel disruption, or events beyond reasonable control), all fees paid for that specific date will be refunded in full.

7. Client Responsibilities

The client is responsible for ensuring:

• The venue meets agreed technical requirements
• Safe performance conditions are provided
• Adequate space and facilities are available

Failure to meet these conditions may affect performance delivery.

LIABILITY & DISCLAIMERS
8. Limitation of Liability

J. Alexander Magic maintains high professional standards. However, we shall not be liable for:

• Indirect or consequential loss
• Loss of profits
• Business interruption
• Third-party claims
• Technical failures outside reasonable control

All digital content is provided for educational purposes only. No guarantee is made regarding: professional success, performance results, or financial gain. Use of content is at your own risk.

9. Platform Availability

1. Nature of Products Sold

2. Immediate Digital Delivery

Upon successful payment: your member account is created or upgraded and access to the online Library is granted immediately. By completing your purchase, you explicitly consent to immediate digital delivery and acknowledge that you waive your 14-day right to cancel under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations once access is granted.

3. No Returns

As digital access is provided instantly and cannot be “returned”, we do not accept returns of digital products. Once access to the Library has been granted, the transaction is final.

4. Refund Policy

Refunds will not be issued for change of mind, accidental purchase, failure to read descriptions, lack of usage, or dissatisfaction based on subjective preference. Because access is immediate and content can be viewed instantly, all sales are final once access has been provided.

5. Technical Issues

If you experience a genuine technical issue that prevents access, you must contact us within 7 days. We will investigate and attempt to resolve it. If access cannot reasonably be restored due to a verified fault on our side, we may offer replacement access or a refund at our discretion. User-side issues do not qualify.

6. Duplicate Purchases

If you accidentally purchase the same membership plan twice, contact us immediately. We will review the transaction, and a duplicate payment may be refunded if verified.

7. Chargebacks

Initiating a chargeback after receiving digital access constitutes a breach of our Terms. Access may be suspended, and evidence of delivery may be submitted to the payment processor. We reserve the right to recover losses from fraudulent chargebacks.

8. Membership Termination for Breach

If your membership is terminated due to account sharing, redistribution, breach of Terms, or fraudulent behaviour, no refund will be issued.
